Our 2022 Retreats In East Sussex, UK
We are now taking bookings for our first retreats of 2022; a Mum + Daughter Retreat from 1st-4th April, and our next Mama + Child Retreat at which partners or another adult are welcome from 4th-8th April.
Both take place on a beautiful 12-acre Sussex country estate in The High Weald, an Area of Outstanding Beauty.
Our spacious, stylish accommodation consists of a large Grade II Listed farmhouse and individual rustic lodges, some of which are big enough for guests to double up with friends or family. It is set within magical gardens with lots of hidden delights, and is surrounded by uninterrupted, panoramic views over untouched rural valley landscapes. The estate includes a 17th century barn for yoga, an outdoor heated pool, a large hot tub, a huge extended farmhouse kitchen, 2 large communal lounges, inglenook fireplaces, huge private, stepped gardens with a croquet lawn and numerous gardens. There are private walks through woodlands, wildflower meadows and along the banks of the river Rother, which, some believe, enhances cognitive clarity with its sandstone ridges, made of quartz crystalline.
