Following a rather life changing experience, it was time to make some decisions about where to go next and the universe conspired and presented to me the opportunity to go to South Africa to work as a Vegan Chef in a monkey sanctuary. I applied and in less than 24 hours I was hired! I spent an incredible five months in all there and my second book will contain recipes I created whilst working with a great team of people. A true adventure!
